Selwyn’s is a family run business on the northern shores the Gower Peninsula and provides the Gower Inn with seasonal, local and sustainable produce – some of the finest seafood Wales has to offer.
Celtic Coast Fish takes a traditional approach to produce locally and sustainably sourced seafood, helping customers seeking traceable, high-quality produce. With a network of local fishermen & suppliers, their mission is to support local communities and protect our oceans.
Swansea Fish is a family owned and operated seafood wholesaler based in Swansea. Over the last 35 years the company has gone from strength to strength, growing to supply businesses across South Wales with quality, fresh seafood.
From pasture to platter
Howell's Butchers is one of the longest established family butchers, based right here in the Gower and supply us with premium grass reared, Welsh beef. Their free-range Welsh lamb comes from hand-picked prime quality animals which graze naturally on lush pastures, giving our lamb dishes the prized texture and flavour they deserve.
The Gower Butcher is a traditional, family-owned business, providing high-quality produce sourced from local farms. They specialise in Welsh lamb, Seasonal salt marsh lamb and Welsh Black and Herefordshire beef, homemade sausages and free-range poultry.

Little Walterstone Farm, nestled in the lee of Cefn Bryn, on the spectacular Gower Peninsula, is home to a motley crew of cattle, sheep, poultry and millions of bees, so whether its Welsh lamb, homegrown vegetables, microgreens, or honey direct from the hives, Little Walterstone Farm provides an array of nature's bounty for their customers to enjoy.
Nick Jones, has been offering a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, all sourced from local farms for over 30 years. Located in the renowned Swansea Market, Nick serves an array of local restaurants, businesses and day to day customers.
From barrel & bottle to glass
Gower Brewery has been brewing award winning and handcrafted ales of in the heart of Gower since 2011. Inspired by the natural beauty of the Gower Peninsula where they are based and where every ale has its own story.
Cheers Wine Merchants are a local family-owned (Andrew & Dafydd) and award-winning wine merchants, founded in 1983. Providing local bars, restaurants, hotels and wedding venues with a fantastic range of wines, spirits, beers and champagne, as well as supporting their local community. Cheers are passionate about what they do and only stock wines they would hang their reputation on.
Gower Gin Company are a Welsh distillery based right here on the Gower and produce award-winning, small batch, Welsh craft gin and spirits, with a focus on sustainability.
Mor Ladron Rum was established in 2020 with the goal of providing the finest rum, aged and spiced on the Gower. Their inspiration is drawn from the long history of Welsh pirates along the coastline of the Gower Peninsula.
